On this amazing 10-day adventure, you’ll journey to the heart of Tuscany, Italy.

Trekking over five days across scenic undulating hills and woodland, you will challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible, all while experiencing the breathtaking beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Travelling along the Via Francigena, an ancient road and pilgrim route that runs from France to Rome, you will witness a range of mesmerising towns, from the hilltop town of Monteriggioni to two impressive UNESCO World Heritage sites. From the breathtaking town of San Gimignano, with its medieval towers, to the magnificent Siena – a historical, artistic, cultural and gastronomic gem – you will experience it all.

Your adventure comes to an end with a half-day sightseeing tour of Siena. You will visit medieval monuments filled with collections of Sienese art – the Piazza del Campo and Siena’s most famous museum, Museo Civico.

Best of all, you will raise vital funds to support Got Your Back Sista’s mission to ensure women and their children happy, thriving and living independently after escaping the trauma of domestic violence.

We want to help women rise up and thrive after escaping domestic violence. As a local charity that receives no government funding, we can only help the women and children that we do with the support of our community. Through the generosity of our supporters, we will be able to provide a safe space for women to come as they are working to rebuild their lives after experiencing the trauma of domestic violence: a safe space where they can undertake a range of programs to help them become Empowered, Educated and Connected.
