Join MND Victoria as they trek across the Australian Alps to raise vital funds to support Australians living with, and affected by motor neurone disease (MND).

Challenge yourself to take not one, not two, but three mountain peaks on the MND Victoria Three Peaks Challenge 2021! On this exhilarating adventure through the Alpine region, you’ll raise funds towards MND Victoria’s mission of providing the best possible care and support to Victorians living with MND.

Over 3 days, you’ll tackle Mt Stirling, Mt Feathertop and Mt Bogong, each view from the top as impressive as the last. Stand in awe of the majestic forests of Mt. Stirling, visit iconic Craig’s Hut and discover an incredible ridgeline connecting two of Victoria’s highest peaks- Mt Feathertop and Mt Hotham.

By the end of this challenge, you’ll have accomplished an incredible feat for an equally amazing cause—an unforgettable adventure that will renew and reignite your passion for exploration.

When you join MND Victoria Three Peaks Challenge 2021, you’ll be raising funds for the incredible work of MND Victoria. Since the organisation’s beginnings in 1981, MND Victoria has been providing and promoting the best possible care for people living with MND in Australia. This includes people who have been diagnosed, those yet to be diagnosed, carers, families, friends, colleagues and any other person whose life is, or has been, affected by a MND diagnosis. Their team of professional staff and volunteers are doing life-changing work to improve the quality of life of Victorians living with MND.

How challenging is this adventure?

This adventure is ranked 4/5. While no extensive trekking experience is required prior to registering, our adventures are specifically designed for people who are relatively fit and willing to train. How do I fundraise?

Never fundraised before? Not sure where to start? No worries, we don’t expect you to do it alone. You will have regular support from the Inspired Adventures fundraising team, who will help you make a fundraising plan to meet your target. Alongside personalised coaching, we will also send you lots of ideas and resources on how to fundraise. From online fundraising to trivia nights, to bake sales and out-of-the-box ideas, we have years and years of tried and tested tips to make your fundraising a success.

Who will I be travelling with?

We believe small group travel is better for the planet, and better for you. Our adventures usually have 10 – 20 people aged from 18 to 90+ (younger ages considered on request). You can be sure that you have all come together with the shared purpose of making a difference to others and having the adventure of a lifetime.

The group will be led by a local tour guide with expert knowledge of the region. Many groups will also be accompanied by an Inspired Adventures team leader or doctor to support and motivate the team.

Where applicable, a charity representative may also join the team. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about your chosen charity and their work.

We understand the dilemma of making travel plans when the world feels unpredictable right now. You can still register for an Inspired Adventure in complete confidence, because we promise to look after you should COVID-19 travel bans affect your plans.

If COVID-19 travel bans mean your Inspired Adventure cannot go ahead as scheduled, we will endeavour to reschedule the departure to a later date to allow you still to travel as planned.

Inspired Adventures follows the lead of the relevant government body as it pertains to COVID-19 vaccination requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of requirements for travel from your departure state and arrival point, as well as any layover locations and the requirements of the airline you are travelling with.
