On this 11-day adventure, you will uncover the impressive landscape of Nepal as you trek across the picturesque Annapurna foothills; from tranquil lakes and charming villages, majestic peaks and steep rice terraces.

You’re introduction to Nepal begins with a dive into the bustling capital city of Kathmandu. Learn about the solemn significance of the city’s monuments, get a taste of local culture and see some of the world’s most sacred Buddhist sites. From here you’ll travel to Pokhara, a gateway to the Himalayas, and will begin your six day trek through this breathtaking region of Southeast Asia.

As you trek across the winding foothills, you’ll witness unforgettable views of towering snow-capped mountains, rice terraces and deep forests. Along the way, develop an appreciation for the charming Nepalese culture as you are immersed in local life, interacting with the locals and gifted with their warm hospitality.

With the support of your fellow teammates and expert guide, you’ll challenge yourself in a new way while making a positive difference in the lives of those living with MS.

By challenging yourself to take part in the Trek Nepal to Beat MS trek, you’ll be supporting the critical work of MS Queensland, with the funds raised going towards providing services such as physiotherapy, exercise therapy, accommodation, service coordination, psychology, nursing support, and a phone hotline across the state. These services help people to live as well as possible and ensure that no one faces MS alone.

With limited funding for the extensive services provided by MS Queensland, they rely heavily on dedicated individuals to get involved and help raise much-needed funds to provide vital services across Queensland.
