Next May a passionate group of Ovarian Cancer Australia supporters will take on part of the legendary Larapinta Trail in central Australia, trekking together to raise $100,000 to support 100 women living with ovarian cancer.

From ochre-coloured outcroppings to spring-fed gorges and star-lit skies, the Outback is home to some of the most iconic scenery in the world. You’ll experience it all on the Teal Ribbon Trek as you walk alongside like-minded teammates. For five days you’ll be led by expert guides through iconic Outback scenery and up to the top of Mount Sonder. By night, you’ll sleep in group campsites under a canopy of stars. Best of all, the funds raised on the Teal Ribbon Outback Trek will help save lives and make sure that no woman with ovarian cancer walks alone.

By joining the Challenge, every dollar you raise and every step you take will help support one of the 1,600 women diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year. We hope to raise $100,000 from the Teal Ribbon Outback Trek so that we can help an additional 100 women this year.

We offer women diagnosed with ovarian cancer access to a helpline staffed by professional oncology nurses, face-to-face and tele-support groups, information sessions and forums, an online community, webinars and Resilience Kits to make sure that no woman walks this path alone. We can provide all of this free of charge thanks to the support of compassionate people like you.
