Join AFL legend and Windermere Ambassador ‘Richo’ on an adventure of a lifetime, exploring the breathtaking uniqueness of the WA coast, while raising money to keep our community’s most vulnerable children safe.

On the Trek to Keep Kids Safe, you’ll travel across the Cape to Cape walking track along the south-west corner of Western Australia, 250km south of Perth. This incredible walking trail stretches the length of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge, in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.

Starting and ending in Perth, you’ll get to explore the Cape to Cape track, stopping at some of the most picturesque locations along the way. Alongside a like-minded team of people, all united by a sense of adventure and giving back, you’ll have the adventure of a lifetime while helping Windermere keep kids safe.

By joining the Trek to Keep Kids Safe, you’ll help us break harmful cycles and change futures for at-risk children by raising funds for our early intervention programs.

Windermere’s youth-focused early intervention program, Kids on Track, aims to help prevent young people engaging in harmful or criminal behaviours. It gives children a voice while helping them build skills in good decision making, ultimately ensuring safer more stable futures.

Your fundraising target of $2, 500 can provide six weeks of funding for this innovative program for kids at risk. Your support will ensure we can continue to keep kids safe, encourage and support them to proactively inspire change.

Join us with confidence

We understand the dilemma of making travel plans when the world feels unpredictable right now. You can still register for an Inspired Adventure in complete confidence, because we promise to look after you should COVID-19 travel bans affect your plans.

Our promise

If COVID-19 travel bans mean your Inspired Adventure cannot go ahead as scheduled, we will endeavour to reschedule the departure to a later date to allow you still to travel as planned.

If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a travel credit to the value of any funds paid to Inspired Adventures. This travel credit can be used towards another Inspired Adventure within 12 months of what would have been your departure date.

If your plans change for reasons outside of COVID-19 travel bans, our standard terms and conditions for cancellations apply.
