Ilana follows wherever her stomach leads her: along the intoxicating spice trail to India, where she led a food security project in Rural Bangalore; along the hummus route in the Middle East, where she spent 3 months hiking through Israel, Jordan and Turkey and most recently along the Silk Road in China.
After working in landscape architecture for many years, she decided she wanted to pursue a career she was passionate about and has now found her happy place in a team that thrives on social activism and adventuring.
In her spare time, Ilana is found basking in the sun with hummus (and a fine vino) in hand.
