Being a lover of all things international, Megan has found every opportunity she can to spend time overseas exploring new countries and cultures. Having set off to backpack around Europe for a year after finishing school, she’s since spent time living and working in France, Greece and India. Megan studied a Bachelor of International and Global Studies, and spent a year on exchange living in Lyon, France, perfecting her French skills and immersing herself in the beautiful food and wine culture of the country. She’s also lived in Bordeaux with a wine making family – an absolute dream!

Through her experience in the not-for-profit sector she’s spent a lot of time in India, having worked with an education social enterprise operating in rural communities. She absolutely adores India with its vibrant culture and colours, and has explored many of its wonders, along with those of Sri Lanka and Nepal.

She’s passionate about food sustainability and permaculture, and dream of one day running a small permaculture farm or organic vineyard. You’ll often find Megan pottering around the garden, making cultured butter in the kitchen, or enjoying a glass of natural wine on the balcony!
